With an idea to expand the secondary parts market, Scott started Certified Parts Warehouse as SOS Parts, Ltd. in July 1991 from his kitchen table. As the visionary behind Certified's business, coupled with the intrinsic understanding of the secondary market and hardware evolutions, Scott continuously develops services that provide value to our partners and clients. Certified’s (18) eighteen years of success can be attributed to Scott’s “can do” attitude, enthusiasm, experience performing all roles from technician to President, and desire to see everyone within the organization flourish. |

A veteran of Xerox’ sales organization and an entrepreneur in his own right, Bill's career includes founding and running a nationally recognized special events business. Managing the sales team for Platinum Technologies and selling for Blue Fin's service division have also given Bill an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day challenges our clients face. Having joined Certified in 2002 as Vice President of Sales, Bill plays a key role in understanding our customer’s business requirements, solution development, and the delivery of Certified’s service offerings. |

Bob brings more than twenty years of technical experience in hardware and software systems administration, installation, and support. Having joined the Certified team in June of 2006 as Director of IT, Bob's responsibilities include maintaining the company's computer systems and information infrastructure. In his previous position at Nike Bauer, Bob was their Senior Systems Manager playing key roles in major projects such as Nike Bauer’s corporate wide ERP implementation. Bob is a Microsoft Certified Software Engineer as well as a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. |

Amy brings over fifteen years of supply chain management, leadership of operational teams, and corporate procurement experience. As Director of Operations, Amy’s foremost responsibility is to maintain Certified’s high level of customer satisfaction through management of the company’s logistics, production, warehousing, and inventory operations. Prior to joining Certified in December of 2005, Amy held various management positions within Flextronics International and Tyco Electronics. Amy holds a CPM Certification from the Institute for Supply Management. |
