Defective cores with economical value are returned, tested and repaired to replenish stock levels. Fall out rates from un-repairable product are subsidized through our alternative sourcing capabilities.
Certified’s customer refurbishment and repair requirements are enabled through web-based interfaces. Each refurbishment or repair request directly feeds Certified's systems prompting repair tickets that are completed seamlessly. Repaired product is shipped out to support customer FRU, on-site and advanced exchange stocking requirements. Certified’s customers can monitor refurbishment and repair request through web-based interfaces and reports.
