Certified supports reverse logistics and warranty recovery processes for products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty validation is determined by various means, including known configuration within the part serial numbers and letters of authorization to manage each customer’s warranties. Initial no-trouble-found (NTF) screenings are performed to provide our customers and the OEM with initial root cause analysis information necessary to support warranty execution.
